Project Manager, PMO

3–5 years of experience independently managing all aspects of cross-functional projects. Managing multiple (5+) projects concurrently. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. Ability to define, deliver, and measure value as defined by key stakeholders. Experience contributing to or developing roadmaps. Strong project execution skills. Proven ability to facilitate effective project team and stakeholder meetings. Demonstrated strength in risk forecasting, issue identification, mitigation planning, and problem solving. Strong initiative and interpersonal skills. Experience using work management or project tracking software.

Plan, manage, and deliver cross-functional projects from initiation through close. Develop, maintain, and revise project plans. Direct and coordinate work across internal teams and external vendors. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues. Facilitate effective project execution through structured meetings. Provide clear, consistent project communication and status reporting. Partner closely with stakeholders to clarify goals and align on priorities. Continuously evaluate project work in the context of organizational strategy. Support additional operational responsibilities as needed.
