Implementation Consultant

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Information Technology, Public Health, or related field preferred. 2–4 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, EMR deployment, healthcare operations, or consulting. Strong understanding of healthcare workflows; PACE experience a plus. Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable learning new systems and leading clients through change. Experience with EHR/EMR systems, data migration, or vendor management is beneficial. Willingness to travel for onsite implementations and go-live support at least 2 weeks per month.

Coordinate end-to-end implementation execution, including timelines and deliverables. Lead client working sessions for requirements gathering and workflow documentation. Ensure project phases are completed on time with high client satisfaction. Support clients during go-live. Maintain deep knowledge of IntusCare products. Partner with Product, Engineering, Training, Support, and Client Success teams. Assess and document gaps between client workflows and system capabilities. Develop mitigation strategies for workflow challenges. Lead workflow mapping and consult with clients on process design. Deliver project updates to stakeholders. Surface risks and drive coordinated responses. Build trusted relationships with client teams. Diagnose root causes of implementation challenges. Translate client needs into actionable steps. Maintain documentation of issues and decisions.
