Participate as a technical team member in the implementation of Quickcharge cashless payment and point of sale solution Perform initial installation, configuration, training, and client support Independently manage and work with a team on technical project engagements Meet goals for utilization, customer satisfaction, and project completion forecast Deliver on-site or remote installation and go-live support Provide expert training and consultative services for optimal system functionality Assist Project Management with hardware shipment coordination Configure interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systems Configure Point-of-Sale devices, menus, and related features Work with credit card gateways to configure POS devices for credit card processing Comply with PCI compliance standards during credit card integration installation Work with 3rd party vendors to complete project deliverables Understand hardware components and provide support/escalation to hardware vendors Escalate issues properly through Sales and Development teams Troubleshoot hardware and software issues Handle PHI and/or SPI, complying with applicable laws and internal policies
