Has a degree or certificate in a technical or IT concentration. Can learn and master new and existing Transact service offerings. Has a knowledge of MS Office and other MS products. Has strong interpersonal skills with excellent oral and written communication skills. Is extremely detail-oriented and driven. Is client-focused. A background with retail Point-of-Sale or Cashless systems is a plus. Experience working in large healthcare or business clients is a plus. SQL database and SSO authentication experience is a plus. Experience working in a client technical support role is a plus. Familiarity with PCI Compliance standards is beneficial. Experience with inventory tracking and management is a plus.

Participate as a technical team member in the implementation of Quickcharge cashless payment and point of sale solution. Manage and provide services on technical project engagements. Deliver on-site or remote installation and go-live support for clients. Deliver expert training and consultative services. Assist the Project Management team with the coordination of hardware shipment. Configuration of interfaces with 3rd party HR and Payroll systems. Configuration of Point-of-Sale devices, menus and related features. Working with credit card gateways to configure POS devices for credit card processing. Comply with PCI compliance standards during installation of credit card integrations. Work with 3rd party vendors to complete project deliverables. Understand hardware components to provide support and escalation to hardware vendors. Troubleshooting of both hardware and software related issues.
