Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 4 - 6 years of experience in technical implementation, integration engineering, or solution delivery within fintech or payments. Strong understanding of cross-border payment flows and FX processes. Familiarity with compliance frameworks (PCI DSS, KYC, KYB, AML). Knowledge of ISO 20022 and global payment rails. Experience with CRM and project management tools (Salesforce, Smartsheet, JIRA). Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese (mandatory). Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing requirements. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Own technical implementation from kickoff to go-live for assigned customers. Conduct integration workshops to define payment flows, FX needs, and compliance obligations. Configure Convera APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods for customer environments. Support ERP and treasury system integrations for payment initiation and reconciliation. Deliver technical documentation, integration guides, and solution runbooks. Validate compliance requirements including KYC, KYB, AML, PCI DSS, and data protection standards. Integrate and onboard customers on global payment standards and rails such as ISO 20022, SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, and RTP. Troubleshoot integration issues and coordinate fixes with internal engineering teams. Track implementation milestones and report progress to internal and external stakeholders. Communicate technical concepts clearly in English, Spanish, and Brazilian Portuguese. Manage conflicts and competing priorities by applying negotiation skills.
