Proven track record of leading projects from discovery through rollout with measurable business impact. Strong project and change management skills. Domain exposure to homecare/home health operations or adjacent healthcare delivery workflows. Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in defining success metrics and building ROI models. Executive presence and communication skills. Customer-focused judgment with an understanding of operational scalability. Entrepreneurial, builder mindset with a bias for action. High comfort with modern SaaS tools, configuration, and basic JSON structures. Experience implementing AI, automation, or workflow engines in operational environments. Bilingual in French and English is an asset. Exposure to formal change or project management frameworks is an asset.
