- Evaluate Chart of Accounts, general ledger structure, job costing, project billing, and WIP tracking.
- Document core workflows and develop a comprehensive project plan.
- Define requirements for system integrations with Salesforce, InEight, and payroll.
- Oversee the migration of historical financial data, vendor records, and client records.
- Test job setup, billing, AP approval workflows, and system integrations.
- Develop custom reports to replace manual spreadsheets.
- Support user training for accounting staff and project managers.
- Document all core workflows and system customizations.
