Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sage Intacct implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction accounting, WIP, retainage, and AIA billing.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to drive deadlines.
  • Ability to communicate with accounting and project management personnel.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate Chart of Accounts, general ledger structure, job costing, project billing, and WIP tracking.
  • Document core workflows and develop a comprehensive project plan.
  • Define requirements for system integrations with Salesforce, InEight, and payroll.
  • Oversee the migration of historical financial data, vendor records, and client records.
  • Test job setup, billing, AP approval workflows, and system integrations.
  • Develop custom reports to replace manual spreadsheets.
  • Support user training for accounting staff and project managers.
  • Document all core workflows and system customizations.
