Requirements
- 2+ years of account management, customer success, or IT service delivery experience.
- Experience in Commercial Real Estate.
- 4 year college degree.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and remote support systems.
- Comfortable in a startup setting—flexible, self-directed, and solution-oriented.
- Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned managed services accounts.
- Ensure client implementations and engagements remain on schedule by directing the data science team.
- Oversee the execution of client campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Help clients align their technology strategy with business goals, especially around CRM and AI tools.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client outcomes.
- Deliver regular service reviews, usage reports, and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate on internal initiatives including onboarding workflows and documentation.
- Contribute to customer success stories and sales enablement materials.
