Requirements

  • 2+ years of account management, customer success, or IT service delivery experience.
  • Experience in Commercial Real Estate.
  • 4 year college degree.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), and remote support systems.
  • Comfortable in a startup setting—flexible, self-directed, and solution-oriented.
  • Proven track record of analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned managed services accounts.
  • Ensure client implementations and engagements remain on schedule by directing the data science team.
  • Oversee the execution of client campaigns and strategic initiatives.
  • Help clients align their technology strategy with business goals, especially around CRM and AI tools.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client outcomes.
  • Deliver regular service reviews, usage reports, and actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate on internal initiatives including onboarding workflows and documentation.
  • Contribute to customer success stories and sales enablement materials.
