Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all account-related needs
- Provide expert guidance on domain portfolio management, brand protection, and marketing strategies
- Use discretion and independent judgment to assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Manage individual and bulk customer requests ensuring timely and accurate implementation
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues of varying complexity using internal tools and systems
- Develop and execute strategies to help customers optimize their domain portfolios
- Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Corporate Domains Team
