Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Professional Engineer License (any state)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Proven management experience with a large team / project (500k+)
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector
- Working knowledge of AWS codes, ASME Codes, ACI, PCI, and coatings
- Experience working on bridge and rail projects
Responsibilities
- Build, manage and motivate the Project Team.
- Manage, improve and control project personnel.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with the project stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain project information and Project Management Plans.
- Identify and evaluate risks; determine and manage remedial actions.
- Monitor progress against plans and implement Project Control processes.
- Prepare, review and present accurate project reports and plans.
- Manage invoicing, payments, and work in progress (WIP).
- Identify and follow-up on opportunities for further work.
