Requirements:
1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, with a focus on Payor accounts. Experience in B2B2C mental health-related industries is highly preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Data-driven decision-making skills. Results-oriented. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. Empathetic and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction. Serve as the main point of contact for existing accounts. Liaise between Account Management and internal matrix partners. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams for alignment. Provide feedback to product and engineering teams. Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management and Finance on claims. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs). Ensure contract renewals and prevent churn. Manage annual rate increases. Collaborate with Implementation teams for seamless onboarding. Monitor client engagement and utilization. Maintain detailed client records using CRM software. Monitor account health metrics. Report on account performance and provide insights.
