Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, with a focus on Payor accounts
- Experience in B2B2C mental health-related industries is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Experience with data-driven decision-making
- Results-oriented
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
- Empathetic and customer-focused
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing accounts
- Act as the main liaison between Account Management and Payor Success teams
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
- Provide feedback to product and engineering teams
- Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management and Finance teams
- Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients
- Ensure contract renewals and prevent churn
- Manage and lead ongoing annual rate increases
- Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding
- Monitor client engagement and utilization
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM software
- Monitor account health metrics
- Report on account performance and provide insights to senior leadership
