Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in account management, client success, or sales, with a focus on Payor accounts
  • Experience in B2B2C mental health-related industries is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Results-oriented
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
  • Empathetic and customer-focused

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Serve as the main point of contact for existing accounts
  • Act as the main liaison between Account Management and Payor Success teams
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
  • Provide feedback to product and engineering teams
  • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management and Finance teams
  • Drive account growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
  • Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with clients
  • Ensure contract renewals and prevent churn
  • Manage and lead ongoing annual rate increases
  • Collaborate with Implementation and Customer Success teams for seamless onboarding
  • Monitor client engagement and utilization
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions using CRM software
  • Monitor account health metrics
  • Report on account performance and provide insights to senior leadership
