Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in consulting delivery, program leadership, or enterprise transformation roles
- Strong background in consulting delivery leadership (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Bain, McKinsey)
- Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale programs simultaneously
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing Delivery Managers
- Strong commercial mindset with hands-on experience in cross-selling and upselling
- Deep understanding of enterprise technology domains (AI, data platforms, CRM, ERP)
- Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable operating across Spain and/or the UK
Responsibilities:
- Own executive-level delivery oversight for up to four concurrent client programs
- Lead and manage Delivery Managers
- Serve as a senior client partner engaging with C-level stakeholders
- Drive cross-sell and upsell initiatives
- Partner with sales and leadership teams to shape proposals
- Ensure consistent delivery standards and governance
- Oversee resource planning and allocation
- Act as an escalation point for complex challenges
- Contribute to the evolution of TechTorch’s delivery model
- Support leadership in shaping account strategy
