Requirements:
10+ years of experience in technology environments. At least 5 years leading large engineering or delivery teams. Proven background in technology consulting. Demonstrated experience in account farming and growth. Strong technical expertise in web technologies and Microsoft ecosystems. Knowledge of Cloud, AI, and Big Data. Experience managing complex projects and international clients. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
Lead the technical and operational strategy for assigned accounts. Drive farming initiatives: identify new opportunities, craft proposals, and foster account growth. Supervise and coordinate teams of 40–60 professionals. Ensure excellence in project delivery across Cloud, AI, Big Data, and Microsoft technologies. Play an active role in the definition and presentation of client proposals. Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and strategic alignment.
