Senior Director, FP&A - Revenue Operations

10+ years of financial analysis, revenue operations, business systems or related areas Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting Experience in a private equity backed SAAS company preferred Experience with large data sets and ability to communicate key insights Expertise with system design, consolidation, integration and data normalization Strong understanding of subscription and ARR/MRR metrics Exceptional financial modeling skills Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) Experience with NetSuite and Adaptive Insights Experience utilizing AI to increase efficiency and effectiveness is strongly preferred

Design, develop, and scale financial reporting and KPIs Automate standard reporting, investor reporting, and bank reporting Develop financial models for strategic decision-making, scenario analysis, and forecasting Analyze revenue drivers, customer behavior, and operational efficiencies Support annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and 5-year strategic plan Monitor global and domestic market trends Partner with Business Systems to design and build a centralized data repository Configure and optimize financial systems Own acquisition integration activities Optimize Adaptive Insights
