Responsibilities:
Track renewal processes from start to finish. Monitor account statuses and determine next steps. Manage shared and individual inboxes, responding promptly. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during renewal. Communicate with carriers and brokers for quotes and policy details. Follow up with underwriters to keep renewals on schedule. Generate and complete renewal applications, track e-signatures. Maintain organized client records and manage document retention. Log completed tasks in AMS360 or Hubspot. Proactively follow up with clients, carriers, and internal team members.
