Schedule service visits based on customer requirements, technician availability, and job priority. Respond to client inquiries regarding service requests, scheduling, and job status. Coordinate with field service technicians for updates and new service visits. Maintain accurate service records and job status in internal systems. Manage and track materials, products, and equipment for service jobs. Coordinate logistics for shipments, deliveries, and transfers of materials. Order materials and products to support active projects and service visits. Ensure materials are available on schedule to prevent delays. Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) using Zoho Accounting software. Coordinate customer deliveries and ensure documentation is completed. Work closely with the accounting team to maintain accurate records of inventory, purchases, and receipts. Assist in reconciling purchase orders, invoices, and delivery confirmations. Support customs entries for imported materials and products. Maintain compliance documentation for international shipments. Collaborate with customs brokers, suppliers, and freight forwarders. Liaise with field service staff, warehouse/logistics personnel, suppliers, and internal departments. Communicate scheduling changes, delivery updates, and job requirements clearly. Support the operations team with reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
