Virtual Associate Medical Director (Telehealth)

Allopathic or Osteopath Degree (MD or DO) BE or BC Child & Adolescent or Adult Psychiatrist Four years post-residency or fellowship experience Previous medical and/or executive management experience strongly preferred Excellent communication skills Excellent executive functioning skills Possession of a valid license as a physician and surgeon Willingness to obtain license and DEA certification in additional states as needed Willingness to get additional licenses facilitated by Compass Evidence of having completed three years of graduate training in psychiatry in a program approved by the American Medical Association

Provide monthly supervision for psychiatry team members within the Compass Virtual Program. Collaborate with Medical Director, Site Leader, and Program Directors to address site-specific needs. Advocate for and reinforce standardized admission and clinical criteria. Drive integration of Compass's Key Initiatives with CPG to enhance quality and clinical outcomes. Improve strategic application and utilization of clinical data within CPG. Champion CPG’s productivity model. Provide daily care for patients in virtual PHP/IOP programs. Conduct psychiatric evaluations, establish diagnoses, prescribe medication, and provide psychotherapy. Lead multi-disciplinary clinical teams and make treatment plan recommendations. Collaborate with family therapists, individual therapists, nurses, and psychiatry team members. Collaborate with outpatient providers for continuity of care.
