4–7+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid acquisition, or growth marketing, with global experience strongly preferred Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar paid media budgets and drive subscription or revenue growth Deep understanding of media platforms (Meta, Google UAC, TikTok, Programmatic) and optimization levers Strong expertise in funnel analysis, experimentation, and conversion optimization Advanced analytics skills, including experience with Looker, Amplitude, GA4, SQL, and MMPs Ability to tailor marketing strategies across multiple countries and cultural contexts Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, remote-first environment
