Extensive experience in performance marketing management with a clear track record of hitting successful metrics. Comfortable diving deep into challenging data problems and using tools like Looker to inform strategy. Maturity around test development, leading/lagging indicators, and managing experiment velocity. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to be assertive and personable. Experience with Meta, Google, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, Webflow, and Propensity.
Responsibilities:
Own the strategy for acquiring new customers and driving revenue through paid, stunt, and experimental channels. Lead a test-driven team to find 10x wins within existing and new channels. Build a measurement and attribution framework focused on incrementality and long-term LTV. Design and ship high-impact, disruptive 'stunt' programs. Work closely with Product, Brand, ABM, and Influencer teams to align messaging and influence the onboarding funnel. Oversee agency partners for large-scale media buying.
