Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Hubspot, Braze). Understanding of HTML and CSS. Experience handling campaign data using BI tools (Looker, Tableau). Experience in segmentation and targeting. A/B and MVT testing experience. Solid communication and reporting skills. Good Excel skills and experience with business reporting tools. Ability to handle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities. Hands-on, delivery oriented, and results-driven. Experience in Financial Services, start-ups, or tech space is a plus.
