Own day-to-day revenue operations across the full funnel: lead → opportunity → close → renewal. Maintain and optimize CRM and revenue tooling to ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and attribution. Build dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into pipeline health, forecasting, and performance. Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align processes, definitions, and handoffs. Monitor and improve key revenue metrics (conversion rates, pipeline velocity, CAC, churn, expansion). Identify process gaps and inefficiencies, then automate and streamline workflows to support scale. Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance analysis. Ensure data hygiene, system integrity, and operational consistency as the business grows.
