Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in demand planning, revenue forecasting, analytics or similar for physical products in an omnichannel company. Strong understanding of demand planning inputs (trends, seasonality, promotions, marketing spend, channel-specific assumptions). Strong experience blending digital performance metrics (traffic, impressions, conversion), DTC/eCommerce channel analytics (including Amazon), and wholesale/retail pipeline (store count, sell-through, in-stock/out-of-stock) into forecast models. Experience with retail data resources: Alloy, Partners Online (POL), Circana, CPFR and Retail Link. Excellent technical skills: advanced Excel or Google Sheets, scenario modelling, ability to build and maintain forecast tools. Track record of partnering cross-functionally (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations) and translating forecasts into business-impact actions. Excellent communication skills: ability to tell the story behind the numbers, present to leadership, and influence decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Analytics or similar. Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable in a fast-moving environment, able to deal with ambiguity, take ownership, and continuously improve.
Responsibilities:
Build, own, and improve the forecast engine that turns performance and consumer signals into actionable demand and revenue plans. Translate marketing and eCommerce metrics into channel-level forecasts and align with inventory and operations readiness. Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to align assumptions and translate them into forecast inputs. Develop and maintain the bottom-up forecast model for all channels (DTC, Amazon, Wholesale). Translate market and operational indicators into SKU-level demand and revenue projections. Analyze weekly sales and inventory data for wholesale channels to highlight risks and opportunities. Analyze site visits, impressions, and conversion rates for eCommerce channels to forecast sales volume and marketing spend. Develop and execute assortment and promotional effectiveness based on run rate. Support monthly & quarterly forecast cadence, preparing and presenting forecast vs. actual analyses. Work with Operations Planning and Supply Chain to ensure forecasts translate into inventory, procurement, and replenishment plans. Continuously improve forecasting processes, tools, and metrics. Act as a trusted business partner, steering decisions on marketing spend, inventory investment, and product launches.
