5-8 years of experience in demand planning, revenue forecasting, analytics or similar for physical products in an omnichannel company. Strong understanding of demand planning inputs (trends, seasonality, promotions, marketing spend, channel-specific assumptions). Strong experience blending digital performance metrics (traffic, impressions, conversion), DTC/eCommerce channel analytics (including Amazon), and wholesale/retail pipeline (store count, sell-through, in-stock/out-of-stock) into forecast models. Experience with retail data resources: Alloy, Partners Online (POL), Circana, CPFR and Retail Link. Excellent technical skills: advanced Excel or Google Sheets, scenario modelling, ability to build and maintain forecast tools. Track record of partnering cross-functionally (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations) and translating forecasts into business-impact actions. Excellent communication skills: ability to tell the story behind the numbers, present to leadership, and influence decision-making. Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Economics, Analytics or similar. Entrepreneurial mindset: comfortable in a fast-moving environment, able to deal with ambiguity, take ownership, and continuously improve.
