Requirements
- CFP® designation
- 1+ years of member facing financial planning experience
- Effective follow up and typing/written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build connections with members
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Excellent computer skills and ability to learn in-house software and tools
- Ability to thrive and build relationships in a remote environment
Responsibilities
- Review incoming member messages when Senior Planners are out.
- Synthesize member needs and coordinate solutions with team members.
- Meet with members to address questions and deliver recommended next steps during planner absences.
- Become an expert on in-house tools to assist planners.
- Guide members through plan implementation using messaging and in-house tools.
- Manage a small group of members as the sole planner.
- Effectively manage calendar, time, and tasks for efficiency.
