3+ years in full-cycle SaaS sales Experience in hospitality tech, hotel SaaS, or related verticals preferred Proven track record closing net-new ARR in the €100k–€400k range annually Strong prospecting skills and experience with outreach tools Experience delivering structured discovery and product demos Strong commercial instincts (qualification, negotiation, objection handling) Comfortable working in competitive markets (Germany, UK, Italy or Nordics a plus) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English CRM discipline (HubSpot preferred) Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action Ability to work with a limited budget Great attention to detail and planning skills Strong work ethic, organized, and focused Advanced professional level of German (written and verbal) Legally authorized to work in Germany
