Product Manager - Integrations

5+ years proven record working on and delivering SaaS applications and solutions that leverage technology to create delightful user experiences. 2+ years of experience in a product role for a hospitality product. Proficiency in technical APIs and integrations methodology. Experienced with all aspects of the product development lifecycle, including ideation, solution design, setting measurable adoption goals, project planning, overall execution, and iteration. Experience launching new products into a market and growing adoption. Experience working in an Agile development environment, preferably within a Scrum team. Strong ability to communicate effectively with engineers, as well as other stakeholders across the business, both speaking and in writing. Attention to detail in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and evaluating success. Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment. Ability to analyze and use data to inform decisions.

Manage and prioritize the Roadmap for Cloudbeds Integrations. Contribute as the Product Owner of a cross-functional scrum team. Research and document partner integration requirements, define solutions and oversee building the integrations with internal and external engineers. Define and build the user experience for integration solutions to provide seamless 3rd party API integrations. Plan and execute on pilot and release plan for each integration. Work closely with customers and partners, as well as engineering, design, product marketing, customer success, and sales departments. Define, analyze, and act on metrics that inform the success, iteration, and growth of partner integrations.
