4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences. Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience. Prior sales training and a documented track record of achievement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities. Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Proficiency with Google Workspace. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%. Lives within the defined territory (North and South Dakota, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri) and close to a major airport.
