Requirements:
4-year bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably health sciences. Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience. Prior sales training and a documented track record of achievement. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities. Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities. Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred). Proficiency with Google Workspace. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Willingness and ability to travel 25-50%. Lives within the defined territory (North and South Dakota, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska and Missouri) and close to a major airport.
Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and execute strategies to grow sales within the assigned territory. Source and qualify new leads through proactive outreach. Build and nurture relationships with key educational stakeholders. Work closely with and mentor a Junior Sales Representative. Deliver product demonstrations and close deals. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for upselling and satisfaction. Stay current on Anatomage products, industry trends, and competitor activities. Attend trade shows, client meetings, and networking events.
