Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Account Executives Provide clear direction, coaching, and accountability through weekly 1:1s and pipeline reviews Serve as the primary point of support and escalation for Account Executives Define, implement, and improve AE training processes and best practices Monitor and manage key performance metrics daily, weekly, and monthly Conduct weekly pipeline and forecast reviews with every AE Hold AEs accountable to commitments, activities, and outcomes Leverage product knowledge to support AEs in growing partnerships Educate the team on Knock's products and value proposition Act as the primary liaison between the AE team and other departments Proactively identify and implement improvement opportunities
