Familiar with labor law in Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea. 5+ years of experience in a regional HR role, preferably within a multinational company. Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR practices across North Asia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to navigate complex challenges and provide strategic solutions. Experience working in different sectors including technology space is preferred. Ability to work autonomously and drive projects in a fast-paced environment is preferred. Fluency in multiple languages relevant to the North Asia region is an advantage.
