Technical Lead (React and Node)

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer Strong expertise in React, Node.js, and TypeScript Solid backend experience with Node.js frameworks Experience with PostgreSQL databases Experience with GitHub and modern development workflows Strong understanding of unit testing practices, including Jest Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaborative delivery environments Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills Nice to have experience with NestJS or Express.js, schema validation, cloud services, CI/CD, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Python for ETL, or SSO integrations

Act as the technical lead for full-stack applications built with React, Node.js, and TypeScript Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend architectures using Node.js frameworks Contribute to and enforce coding standards, tooling, and technical best practices Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality solutions Lead code reviews, promote reusable components, and ensure high test coverage Support architectural decisions around databases, integrations, authentication, and cloud services Mentor engineers and participate in Agile delivery, estimation, and continuous improvement
