Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in human resources management or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Colombian labor laws and HR best practices. Demonstrated ability to implement HR strategies and initiatives. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred.
