Master’s degree in Education preferred 5+ years of combined experience delivering consulting services in an educational environment or leading education technology implementations Experience in a K-12 school, or district leadership role preferred Strong leadership skills Strong analytic and problem-solving skills Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Strong listening and questioning skills Proven competency in identifying value-based opportunities for district partners Knowledge of current educational trends, research, and state-specific requirements Ability to communicate persuasively and effectively both verbally and in writing Proven effectiveness at leading professional development workshops Self-motivated, proactive individual Aptitude to stay current on industry and product trends Confidence to identify and communicate implementation missteps with clients Ability to analyze client usage and performance data Passion for driving change in education Experience using web conferencing software Willingness to travel up to 50%

Design and deliver professional learning experiences aligned to Edmentum’s products and instructional goals. Facilitate training sessions for administrators, coaches, and teachers. Coach teachers to tailor professional learning that drives instructional practices. Serve as a trusted advisor to district stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Manage multiple projects, maintaining communication, timelines, and documentation. Assess district needs and adapt professional learning plans.
