Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Customer Operations, Customer Success, Consulting, Project Management, or other customer-facing roles within B2B SaaS, technology, or consulting. Experience managing multiple customer workflows. Experience working with large data sets to extract insights. Familiarity with CPG, grocery retail, wholesale/distribution, or supply chain operations preferred. Experience in startup or scale-up SaaS environments preferred. Exposure to enterprise software, analytics, or business intelligence solutions preferred. Strong project management and organizational skills. Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills. Comfortable interpreting performance data via intermediate analytical skills. Strong experience with business productivity tools (G Suite, CRM systems, Slack, Zoom).
Responsibilities:
Own operational execution and program success for 10-20 customers. Drive platform adoption, transaction liquidity, and customer KPIs. Translate customer goals into scalable operational workflows. Lead customer onboardings and provide post go-live support. Monitor key performance metrics and collaborate on analyses. Assess customer health and develop operational account strategy plans. Act as the voice of the customer internally. Contribute to team scalability through documentation and process optimization.
