Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a CSM, AE, PM, or other customer-facing strategic role. Proven track record of working with Fortune 100 customers with cloud-based technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Deep understanding of Security SaaS offerings and pricing models. Ability to learn Wiz's offerings and pricing with agility.
Responsibilities:
Take ownership of projects focusing on cloud security, collaborating with account groups, product/engineering, and customer teams. Interface and influence key stakeholders, emphasizing security best practices. Establish a deep understanding of customer business vision, culture, and processes with a focus on cloud security. Build and grow strong relationships across customer organizations from technicians to CISO level. Evangelize Wiz value and influence customers to adopt secure solutions. Ensure guidance from Wiz is understood and executed by the customer, advocating internally for customer security needs. Guide customers through Wiz adoption stages with a focus on robust cloud security practices. Innovatively solve customer security challenges and overcome internal political blockers. Collaborate with the Customer Account team to identify and pursue strategic cloud security opportunities. Provide support through TCO analysis and business case assessments aligned with customer security objectives. Accelerate customer cloud security adoption by defining milestones, removing blockers, and implementing secure workload migration processes. Drive customer enablement through comprehensive training strategy with a focus on cloud security awareness. Implement governance structures prioritizing security aspects of the partnership and customer adoption of Wiz.
