Act as the technical expert in sales engagements Lead integration for institutional clients Manage client relationships Collaborate closely with account executives Conduct live demonstrations of Figment products Lead technical discovery, solution design, and implementation Gather client feedback and collaborate with Product Serve as the client's trusted technical resource for staking-related inquiries Maintain timely communication and follow-up with clients Develop and maintain technical documentation and POCs
