At least 5 years of experience in a sales engineering, solutions architect, or similar pre-sales role, specifically with enterprise clients. Strong grasp of APIs, webhooks, and app-based integrations. Natural problem-solving abilities and ability to communicate complex technical issues simply. Passion for building relationships and earning trust. Proven track record of managing complex deals with minimal supervision. Self-motivation and ability to execute strategy. Experience working with large enterprise RFPs. Goal-oriented. Previous experience in FinTech, embedded finance, or payments infrastructure (preferred). Experience selling into or working with gig marketplaces or vertical SaaS platforms (preferred). Understands cybersecurity issues and risks (preferred). Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java, C#) (preferred). Familiarity with risk, regulatory, and compliance considerations in financial services (preferred).
