5+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns (SaaS or e-commerce preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly valued. Equivalent practical experience in paid media or digital marketing will be considered. Proven track record of zero to one with paid media spend. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar. Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance optimization. Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Self-starter with a growth mindset.
