Requirements:
5+ years of experience managing paid ad campaigns (SaaS or e-commerce preferred). Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (preferred). Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Blueprint) are highly valued. Equivalent practical experience in paid media or digital marketing will be considered. Proven track record of zero to one with paid media spend. Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, or similar. Deep understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and performance optimization. Experience with landing page optimization and CRO principles. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management. Self-starter with a growth mindset.
Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, and other platforms. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and performance analysis. Collaborate to create ad creatives and landing pages. Create new sales funnels. Monitor and report on campaign performance. Identify new advertising opportunities and trends. Refine bidding strategies, budget allocations, and targeting parameters. Ensure full funnel alignment. Stay current with platform updates and best practices.
