Requirements:
10+ years of B2B GTM experience. At least 5 years in a leadership role within a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment. Entrepreneurial, autonomous hands-on, data-driven, and resilient mindset. Startup entrepreneur experience is a plus. Deep understanding of the US B2B market, ideally selling AI, SaaS, or enterprise technology. Proven success in opening new markets and building a client base. Consistently exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Comfortable presenting to C-level executives. Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant post-grad education is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement a scalable go-to-market strategy for the US. Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across enterprise and mid-market clients. Own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. Develop strategic alliances and channel partnerships. Provide feedback on client needs, trends, and market dynamics to product and marketing teams.
