M.D. or D.O. degree with board certification in Oncology At least 5 years of experience in oncology Background in clinical research and development (preferred) Clinical experience and strong knowledge in GU cancer (preferred) Associate/full Medical Director designation commensurate with experience Ability to learn Natera's technology and competitors' Effective written and oral communication skills Project management skills Proven team player Ability to manage conflict with poise Strong knowledge of clinical trial methodology, protocol development, regulatory and compliance requirements, statistics, and epidemiology (preferred)

Collaborate on clinical development of ctDNA-based diagnostics. Lead clinical strategies for oncology products, focusing on GU cancers. Oversee medical education and scientific communication for healthcare providers. Partner with the commercial team on medical messages. Represent Natera at medical conferences and industry events. Collaborate with R&D on clinical trial design, data analysis, and publication.
