7+ years' experience in retail media. Previous enterprise-level account management experience. Previous experience in people management, coaching, and developing others (strongly preferred). Previous product management, project management, financial analysis, and negotiation (a plus). Self-starter, demonstrates ownership, works collaboratively, transparent, action and results oriented. Proven track record in relationship building and account management. Proven success in driving results and implementing ideas. Proven industry expertise, passion for mentorship, and ability to teach and motivate others. In-depth understanding of how the Amazon marketplace and flywheel works.
