5+ years experience working in eCommerce account management, sales, and/or digital marketing Previous account management experience Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of how retail media, sales, and operations work together Proven ability to effectively manage complex Search and/or Display Media strategies across retail media providers Proven track record of relationship building and account management Proven success in driving results and implementing ideas in a fast-paced environment Works efficiently and is always looking to streamline processes and workflows Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills Strong analytical skills, and the ability to take large data sets and extract actionable recommendations Moderate Excel skills
