Director, Product Management

Translate agreed priorities into a sequenced, multi-quarter roadmap and drive it to delivery.
Run the new-product pipeline from problem identification through validation, prototype, pilot, and launch.
Review requirements, feature priorities, and release sequencing for DTC and omnichannel products.
Identify customer-value opportunities for AI agents, generative creative, and LLM-driven workflows, and define adoption and quality measures.
Lead customer discovery with sellers, brands, and agencies, and establish practices for synthesizing customer evidence.
Track market developments, platform changes, and competitors, and translate findings into product decisions.
Partner with engineering, design, data, and QA to deliver roadmap commitments.
Work with product marketing, growth, and sales on positioning, pricing, packaging, and launch readiness.
Define initiative success metrics and use Amplitude, Tableau, and SQL to measure adoption, retention, and revenue impact.
Manage, coach, and develop product managers across the U.S. and China, setting priorities and shared standards.
