Requirements:
- 7+ years’ experience working in retail media.
- Previous enterprise level account management experience.
- Experience in people management and coaching preferred.
- Product management, project management, financial analysis, and negotiation experience is a plus.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and collaboration.
- Proven track record in relationship building and account management.
- Experience in fast-paced results-driven environments.
- Strong analytical skills with moderate Excel proficiency.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Fully own client relationships by providing best in class account management.
- Manage a small team of Sr. Account Managers and Account Managers.
- Drive client test & learn calendar and ensure to introduce new ideas.
- Provide input and recommendations on Pacvue product features.
- Showcase Pacvue's technology through successful client engagements.
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans with clients.
- Measure and report on marketing KPIs and refine strategies.
- Utilize retail media insights to enhance traffic and conversion.
- Identify sales opportunities through retailer programs.
- Create annual budget recommendations for campaigns.
- Develop a marketing calendar for key periods and product launches.
- Use Pacvue technology for budget management and client communication.
- Prepare and analyze advertising reports and trends.
