Lead all aspects of RMN media execution across onsite, offsite, and in-store channels. Establish and enforce operational best practices for campaign activation, pacing, optimization, and QA. Monitor performance KPIs and ensure proactive course correction. Drive a test-and-learn mindset and embed data-informed decision-making. Own platform excellence and innovation across RMN and ad tech tools. Partner across Retailer Product, Tech, and Analytics teams to integrate new platforms. Serve as senior media advisor and performance leader for retail network executives. Represent Goodway in executive-level client discussions. Deliver proactive, insight-led recommendations to drive network maturity and growth. Collaborate closely with Client Experience, Analytics, Strategy, and Investment teams. Directly lead and develop the RMN Media team. Build a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement. Partner with PX to define talent pathways and skill development plans. Establish succession planning and elevate next-generation media leaders. Represent Goodway’s RMN media expertise at key retail media forums. Partner with Marketing and Communications to highlight RMN success stories. Contribute to POVs, case studies, or client showcases.
