Go-To-Market Lead - RealFi

6-10+ years in Web3, DeFi, or crypto capital markets Proven experience in EVM ecosystems (Ethereum, L2s, DeFi protocols) Track record of closing strategic protocol partnerships, exchange listings, liquidity or distribution deals Deep understanding of stablecoins, DeFi liquidity mechanics, and incentive design trade-offs Strong commercial judgment Experience launching or scaling stablecoins, yield products, RWAs or private credit protocols (Strong Plus) Existing relationships with Tier-1 exchanges, market makers, and major DeFi protocols (Strong Plus) Exposure to institutional crypto or TradFi-crypto crossover (Strong Plus) Familiarity with Solana ecosystems (helpful, not required) Prior Cardano exposure (contextual, not required)

Design and execute RealFi’s GTM strategy from pre-launch through $100M+ TVL Define priority ecosystems, protocols, and distribution channels Source, structure, and close partnerships with DeFi protocols, exchanges, market makers, and liquidity providers Lead USDr and RFG listings strategy across CEXs and DEXs Design ecosystem activations that drive real usage Support institutional GTM by identifying allocators and packaging products
