Strong written and verbal communicator. Practical, business-oriented approach motivated by tangible outcomes.

Lead workshops to map current workflows and identify automation bottlenecks. Design future state architecture for departmental functions, defining human-AI collaboration protocols. Establish governance models for agent autonomy, including decision rights and oversight points. Develop a 12-month AI transformation roadmap. Define technical requirements for scalable agent architecture. Construct data-driven business cases for AI solutions, contrasting build vs. buy decisions. Serve as a hands-on technical lead for building, testing, and deploying AI solutions. Oversee the technical integration and scaling of deployed AI agents. Design and deliver training curricula for end-users collaborating with AI agents. Implement tracking mechanisms to measure business impact and ROI of AI solutions.
