Lead and mentor engagement managers, client service leads, and delivery leads. Direct team performance and growth, driving accountability. Act as an escalation point for project and client issues. Oversee resourcing, approve hiring and allocations, monitor time entries, and ensure quality delivery. Manage projects from planning through execution. Partner with Sales, Architects, and Delivery Leads for resourcing, scope, and planning. Drive strategic planning and account reviews. Guide continuous improvement processes and methodologies. Contribute to recruiting, interviewing, and pre-sales efforts. Participate in client delivery roles.
