10+ years of experience in client delivery, operations, integrations, or program management. Significant leadership experience managing high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, ideally including health plans, digital health platforms, and enterprise client operations. Proven track record of building and scaling client delivery functions. Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. Bachelor’s degree required. Health plan experience preferred. Experience working in a high-growth or startup environment preferred.
