1-3 years of sales experience with at least 12 months in a full-cycle closing role in B2B SaaS Experience running deals across a range of complexity Proven track record as an SDR/BDR with consistent achievement against activity and pipeline metrics Experience with outbound prospecting tools and techniques Demonstrated ability to conduct discovery that uncovers business pain Comfort selling into competitive markets Strong communication skills Familiarity with sales tools including Salesforce, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms Ability to work remotely with discipline, self-motivation, and accountability
