Proven quota carrying SaaS closing experience Demonstrated ability to self source pipeline and drive outbound motions Experience running multi step, multi stakeholder sales cycles Strong discovery, qualification and objection handling skills High ownership, competitive drive and consistent execution Excellent communication suited for owners and regional decision makers Comfortable operating in a fast moving, high change environment Experience selling into automotive, tire, home services or operational industries (nice to have) Selling into multi location businesses (nice to have) Background with CRM, scheduling or marketing automation tools (nice to have) Experience in early stage or growth stage SaaS (nice to have) Strong understanding of outbound SDR or BDR partnership (nice to have)
Responsibilities:
Source and close new business opportunities with 4 to 30 location operators Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting to demo to contract Build multi threaded relationships with decision makers and operational stakeholders Create clear business cases and ROI narratives tied to scheduling, CRM and marketing automation workflows Partner with BDRs to validate and advance early stage opportunities Participate in daily sales huddles, coaching sessions and ongoing skill development Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy in HubSpot Provide structured feedback to Product, Marketing and CS based on mid market buyer needs Represent Steer at industry events and partner engagements when applicable
